Ayurveda Traveler is a blog about Ayurveda, yoga, holistic health and global travel in the pursuit of health and happiness.

We are a blog by travelers for travelers, by yoga lovers for yoga lovers.

We are a blog that imagines a world where people will seek out health and wellness wherever it is to be found, even it means traveling to India or some distant land.

If you love to travel, Ayurveda Traveler is for you.

If you are a seeker of knowledge, Ayurveda Traveler is for you.

If you are someone who is always looking for ways to live healthier and happier, Ayurveda Traveler is for you.

If you are a practitioner of Alternative and Complimentary Medicine (ACM) and looking to discover Ayurveda and integrate it into what you do, this blog is for you.

Who reads Ayurveda Traveler

Ayurveda Traveler writes articles for four types of people:

  1. People who have never been to a health resort but considering it.
  2. People who go to a health resort every year but looking for a change.
  3. People who have been to a health resort but vow never to go back.
  4. People who are interested in Ayurveda, yoga, health, and travel.

Every reader falls into one of the above categories. And no matter who you are, it is our hope and desire that you should find at least one article of interest on Ayurveda Traveler. If we fail in this mission, write to us and let us know what topic or subject related to Ayurveda, health and travel interests you.

What we do

Ayurveda Traveler aims to inform, educate and inspire.

We inform people about health resorts, particularly those in India, where high-quality holistic health, Ayurveda and yoga are practiced.

We educate readers about Ayurveda, a system of traditional medicine that is gaining global recognition and interest.

We inspire travelers to discover and visit the best resorts for Ayurveda, yoga and other health discipline and natural therapies.
